Attractions to visit:

You will be shown the oldest and the most recent lava flows with their typical moon landscapes in contrast with the prehistoric lava flows now hidden by a luxuriant vegetation.
You will visit a charming lava flowing cave and a house entirely touched by lava as well as the most famous and well known extinct volcanic craters located at an altitude of about 2000 metres.

Lava flows of the years: 2002, 2001, 1991-1993, 1983, 1972, Silvestri craters , at an altitude of 2000 metres, the house touched by lava, the volcanic cave.

Itinerary:

Pick up and departure from your hotel (or from any other accommodation requested ) at 9:00 a.m. with a modern and comfortable jeep, even only for one attendant.

A naturalist tour leader, Etna Expert, will be at your complete disposal to offer you an excellent and high qualified service and an unforgettable excursion on the most famous volcano in Europe.
Return in Hotel (or in any other location requested) at about 3:30 p.m.

General information:

Mount Etna is about 55 km far from Catania (one way).
Time to reach it: approximately one hour.
During the way we will arrange several stops to let the tourists take pictures.
Our excursions take place both for individual attendants and small groups.
On demand it is possible to make excursions on Mount Etna at sunrise and at sunset.

The excursions take place regularly every day of the year Sundays and holidays included.
